J & Z Group is looking for Operation Manager

Job Description / Responsibility

Planning menus & costing calculation
Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines
Overseeing stock levels and maintains the fridge & store rules
Ordering supplies and check the price & quality
Making staff duty roster and after checking, pass leave application to HRD
Check the daily sales & consume report and voucher
Supervising staff
Agreeing and managing budgets
Promoting and marketing the business
Checking & handling customer enquiries and complaints
Taking reservations
Greeting and advising customers
Problem solving
Cross checking and finalizing sales/ staffing reports
Keeping official, statistical and financial records
Assessing and improving profitability
Setting targets and goal
Handling administration and paperwork
Liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities and sales representatives
Making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant.
Perform like a coordinator & Bridger with Head Office.

Educational Requirements

Experience Requirements

At least 4 year(s)
